Speaker Topic
Managing Periodontal and Peri Implant diseases involves a high level of patient engagement.
It can be complex to communicate the multifactorial nature of disease and the long term management needs. I often hear patients have been alienated not by treatment, but by words.
This presentation will give the audience the framework and the energy to 'bridge the way forward' in patient communication.
